The High Performance Institute, founded by Brendon Burchard, is a team of scholars who conducted research on how high performers think, behave, influence others, and win. We’ve created the world’s only validated high performance assessment as well as the first professional certification program in the field: Certified High Performance Coaching™. We have now been blessed to train, coach, and measure more high performers than any other organization in the world.
What we've learned through our decade of high performance coaching as well as our three-year research study of high performers worldwide is this: dramatic performance improvements are possible with deliberate habits. Practice certain habits and, boom, life changes for the better. It turns out there are just six habits that seem to matter most. Those six habits, which we call the high performance habits or the “HP6” are: seek clarity, generate energy, raise necessity, increase productivity, develop influence, and demonstrate courage.

Randy is an alumnus of Brigham Young University and graduate of the Owner/President Management Program and an alumnus of Harvard University.
Carolyn has been partnering with organizations to implement key talent development initiatives in the corporate learning space for the last 20 years. She is successful partnering with all levels of an organization due to her ability to quickly cultivate trusting, long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.
Carolyn has partnered with client organizations such as American Express, Deloitte Consulting, Toyota Motor North America, Nestle, Disney and FIS Global to achieve measurable results and to create strategic solutions that drive individual and organization performance. Carolyn holds a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego's School of Business Administration.
